The room was clean n spacious, the hotel provides number of car parks and the cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. The views from the room were stunning. Always a pleasant staying here. The hotel made a lot of improvement most noticeable with drinkable water filter available in the room and new self service laundry facility on 15th floor. Please please keep the room rate competitive because i really like staying here!!
I had a wonderful stay with Mei Hotel. Located in the city centre which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and cozy The staff are good to us and friendly. First time using a carpark lift and parking inside the building, very impressive The laundry room is free and easy to use
Have been a loyal customer for 8 years to stay in Mei Hotel which offers many benefits to their customers. Recently, there are another 2 benefits added : a) a water filter installed in each room. b) Free Laundry service ( washing and drying )installed on the 15th floor. It's very convenient for those who wish to stay for a longer period. I will certainly come back again.
At Mei Hotel, the beautiful orchids in the lobby, the impressive purple crystal tree, and the relaxing scent create a very pleasant atmosphere. And near hotel have many food to eat and have good location can go everywhere. The room was comfortable, and the bed was not too soft — the firmness was just right. From the window, I could enjoy the seaside view. Thank you to the hotel for taking such good care of me throughout my stay. It felt just like home. Thank you for everything.
I decided to stay at Mei Hotel Penang because my friend booked a 3-night stay here, and I’m really glad I joined! The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location was super convenient with plenty of food and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back again. Highly recommended!
